Pilates takes its name from its founder, Joseph Pilates, who originally called his revolutionary approach ‘Contrology’. And Pilates is all about gaining control of your body. Not only does Pilates improve mobility, strength & coordination. It also improves your posture, balance, concentration and body awareness. It can help rehabilitate or prevent injuries, reduce stress and relieve back pain and muscle tension.  

Young or old, female or male, regardless of fitness level, post rehab or top athlete – Pilates is for everyone!

Your Pilates Personal Training takes place in my fully equipped Pilates Studio in Thalwil, that I share with my colleague Sabine. Here we’re using the classical Pilates apparatus, such as the Reformer, the Cadillac, the Barrel, the Chair and the Spine Corrector.

I offer 1:1 or 2:1 (Duett) Pilates Personal Training. Contact me for a first assessment/trial session.
