Do you want to improve your strength, tone your muscles, lose weight, improve your cardio? Or maybe you want to become more flexible, reduce stress or learn to relax? Are you rehabilitating from an injury or do you want to prevent injuries? Your personal training is catered to your individual needs.
I offer indoor training at my own studio in Thalwil. If you prefer outdoor training this is possible using small equipment like the TRX, the MOTR, dumbbells, rubber bands and exercise balls. Home visits are also possible.
